E' un metodo principalmente rivolto agli strumenti a fiato presenti nell’organico, che si prefigge l’obiettivo di presentare i brani ma al tempo stesso di fornire determinati spunti di riflessione e specifiche indicazioni in primo luogo su due aspetti dell’esecuzione: la gestione della pronuncia da utilizzare nell’esecuzione delle parti scritte e l’organizzazione del materiale da poter utilizzare nelle parti improvvisate. Nel metodo sono infatti inserite le parti staccate di ogni singolo strumento a fiato, nelle quali sono presenti sia le parti in sezione che i tracciati armonici per le improvvisazioni al centro degli arrangiamenti.
The purpose of the method is to introduce the pieces and provide suggestions on two aspects of performance: how to handle the pronunciation when playing the written parts, and how to organize the material for the improvised parts. The method contains the separate parts of each wind instrument, showing both the parts in the sections and the harmonic paths for the improvisations at the center of the arrangements.
